How long it takes depends to the extent of damage! Here are some general timelines:
Water Damage Mitigation takes an average of three days to dry the area. This includes removal of damaged contents, and the installation and use of our drying equipment. Extensive water damage to the structure requires a longer drying period before reconstruction procedures can begin.
Mold Remediation, done properly, depends on the level and extent of mold:
- Small, contained areas can be removed in a little as a few hours.
- Large areas such as a crawl space or entire rooms can take several days.
Fire and Smoke Damage usually requires reconstruction after the removal of burned and salvageable contents. So, the time required is dependent on the extent of damage. Removal of salvageable contents takes about two to three days, excluding inventory.
