Frequently Asked Questions

First, contact your insurance provider to inform them of a potential claim and ask them three questions:

  1. Is your potential claim covered on your policy?
  2. What is your deductible? 
  3. Can the restoration company begin the mitigation process?


Second, inform the restoration company's project manager as to where you would like to store your belongings during the mitigation and restoration process.

Third, provide to your project manager the manufacturer and model number of any structural contents, such as carpet, hardwood floors, tile, cabinets, and appliances.  We may need other information, based on the type of damage you have.  With this, we can match or replace your belongings back to their original state, when possible.

Then, relax ... and our team of professionals will restore your property!
